I have never used any babysitting service before so was apprehensive about hiring someone without meeting them, but she was brilliant at communication, asked questions about my boys and really put me at ease. On the day she picked up the boys from nursery/school, safely walked them home and spent good time with them until I came back. My 4 year old asked when they can see Julia next as soon as she left. "Michelle was incredibly kind, nurturing and engaging with our little ones when she sat for us. After being initially shy, our girls quickly engaged in puzzles with Michelle which gave me time to prepare dinner and do chores. We called her as an emergency babysitter and despite us living in a small house, she took care to keep our child occupied so we could work. She was very self sufficient, but also very polite asking permission before using our things. Crucially, she was excellent with our child, who had an amazing day with her!
