SITTERS "JOIN FREE FOR 30 DAYS" OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Offer Terms") apply to the Sitters “Join Free for 30-Days” promotional offer (the "Offer"). By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Offer Terms, in addition to Sitters' standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Offer is available to new Sitters customers only.
1.2 The Offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom, or those who will be staying in the UK for more than 3 months from the date of registration.
1.3 The Offer applies only to childcare booked at the user's main home address. Bookings made for childcare at secondary residences, temporary accommodation (including but not limited to hotels, holiday lets, or serviced apartments), or any address other than the user's main home address are not eligible for this Offer.
1.4 The Offer is limited to one account per household or family group.
1.5 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
1.6 Sitters reserves the right to cancel participation in this Offer where any misuse, fraud, or multiple account creation is suspected.
2. 30-Day Free Membership Terms
2.1 The 30-Day Free Membership begins on the date registration is completed and provides free Sitters membership only.
2.2 Any bookings made during the trial period will still require payment for the hours worked by the sitter, in line with Sitters’ standard terms and conditions.
2.3 During the Free Membership period, users will have access to all the benefits of a paid Sitters membership.
2.4 At the end of the 30-Day Free Membership period, membership will automatically renew on a paid basis at a cost of £19.95 for 3 months’ membership unless cancelled via the Sitters App before the trial period ends.
2.5 Paid membership renews every 3 months and can be cancelled at any time via the Sitters App, in line with Sitters’ standard terms and conditions.
3. General Terms
3.1 Sitters reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer or these terms at any time without prior notice.
3.2 Changes will not affect users who have already registered and remain eligible under the Offer.
3.3 If you joined during a period in which a £30 cashback promotion was offered, you will remain eligible to claim this cashback in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of joining. Cashback must be claimed within 6 months of your registration date, after which it will expire.
3.4 Sitters' decisions on all matters relating to this Offer are final.
